# Signing Flow
Understand how users initiate the signing request, participants receive and sign the document in emSigner, and the completed signed file is automatically stored back in OneDrive.
User logs in to the OneDrive and drops a file in the source folder mapped to emSigner.
Within 5 minutes, the participant receives an email notification with the document link for signing.
Participant complete the signing.
Involved parties receive the completed documents.
Signed document is automatically saved to the designated OneDrive destination folder.
