# Signing Flow
Understand how users initiate the signing request, participants receive and sign the document in emSigner, and the completed signed file is automatically stored back in SharePoint.
User logs in to the SharePoint site and goes to the site mapped to emSigner.
User drops a file in the source folder.
Within 5 minutes, the participant receives an email notification with the document link for signing.
Participant complete the signign.
Involved parties receive the completed documents.
Signed document is automatically saved to the designated SharePoint destination folder.
