# Bulk Signing - in Dashboard

How to bulk sign the document from the dashboard?

Bulk Signing allows users to **sign multiple pending documents in a single action** directly from the Dashboard. This helps reduce repetitive signing effort when multiple documents are awaiting the same signer.

Bulk Signing is available from the **My Signatures** section.

***

#### Selecting Documents for Bulk Signing

Users can select documents in the following ways:

* **Select all documents** by clicking the checkbox in the table header (top of the column)
* **Select multiple documents** by ticking the checkbox next to each required document

Once one or more documents are selected, a **bulk action bar** appears at the bottom of the screen, displaying the number of selected documents and available bulk actions.

#### Initiating Bulk Signing

From the bulk action bar, click **Sign**.

The system navigates the user to the **Generate Signing Image** screen, where the selected documents are evaluated for bulk signing.

#### Generate Signing Image

This screen provides visibility into which documents are eligible for bulk signing and allows the user to choose the signing method.

**Documents Considered for Signing**

* Displays all documents selected from the Dashboard ready to bulk sign
* Documents that do **not require additional user input** during signing are included

**Documents Excluded**

* Documents that require **mandatory data entry or form input** during the signing process are excluded
* Such documents must be signed individually

This ensures bulk signing proceeds only where a single, uniform signing action is possible.
