# Envelope Reports

What are Envelope Reports?

The Envelope reports provide details of envelopes at each stage, along with delivery, authentication, and usage details. They are categorized under:

* Envelope Completed Report
* Envelope Pending Report
* Department Completed Report
* Department Pending Report
* Declined Envelope Report
* Recalled Envelope Report
* Purged Envelope Report
* Voided Envelope Report
* Recipient Authentication Mode Report
* Signature Mode Report
* SMS Delivery Report
* Email Delivery Report
* API Usage Report
* External Signer Activity
* SLA Report

Users can access them by clicking on **Reports** in the top menu bar, and then clicking on **Envelope Reports** in the left panel. Each report opens in its own page.

By default, each report shows the last 3 months of data. Users can change the date range using **Filters**.
